Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

GOODS CAN ONLY BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS REGISTERED TO THE CARDHOLDER. THIS RULE IS LAID DOWN BY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, FOR YOUR BENEFIT. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Alloy Wheel & Tyre Orders are sent via Carrier. Wheel Spacers / Adaption Plates are sent via either Carrier or Royal Mail depending on the order.

Delivery Schedule

Alloy Wheel & Tyre Orders are normally delivered within 5-7 working days Wheel Spacer / Adaption Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days depending on stock.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, or we cannot find you an alternative

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction.

All products come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase.

(EXCEPTIONS TO A FULL WARRANTY, DO APPLY ) No warranty is given to a polished or diamond finish area of a wheel as this can be prone to stone chipping etc.

No warranty is given to the chrome-plated finish on wheels.

Warranty will be become void on wheels that have been kerbed or buckled, through misuse and incorrect maintenance of tyre pressures.

We recommend only to clean wheels with a mild soapy detergent and strongly advise against using car hand wash centres as many use Hydrochloric Acid

No alloy wheel cleaners should be used as many are very strong and can damage the finish to the wheel surface.

Returns Policy

EXCEPTIONS to this policy are when the item has been special ordered/tailor-made to your requirements and so is Non-Returnable

Wheels that have been drilled & machined from blank to your requirements are also non-returnable as we cannot return to our supplier either
