Delivery overdue
We request all our online customers to wait for three working days to receive their goods delivery. If you have still not received your shipment after that period, drop us an email on info@rubbersandrims.co.uk.
Unavailable During Delivery

The Wrong part has been delivered

Delivered parts were damaged
We always inspect the state of the product before it is packed and shipped for delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the safety of the product once it is shipped. Sometimes the goods may get damaged during transit. If the outer package looks damaged, sign the docket as damaged and submit it to the delivery driver. I need a Refund
With 30 days return guarantee, you can claim your refund with ease. Return the product with the proof-or-purchase and the entire refund process can be completed in 5-7 working days. Contact our support team to initiate the process.
No invoice with the package
In case, the part is delivered directly to you by the manufacturer; our invoice may not be included in that package. However, you should receive your invoice a couple of days after the delivery. If you haven't received your invoice even after ten working days of the delivery, contact our online support team, and we will dispatch a copy of your invoice as soon as possible.
Track and trace
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once the ordered package is dispatched, you will be notified of the dispatch along with the courier tracking number through email and SMS.
